Fun with Parker and Jordan
Parker and Jordan have always been amazing with naps. Last week we entered a new and difficult stage--they won't stay in their cribs. They have still taken a nap every day...but I just never know where they are going to sleep.

Trust me, Jordan asks to put these things in his hair. I am not joking. I keep my ribbons and flowers in the same drawer as their toothbrushes. So every day we have to put one in their hair.
The other day the boys got really quite with a few giggles in my bedroom. This usually means trouble. When I walked in there, they were laying on my bed watching Cars. So cute.

Happy Valentines Day
We celebrated Valentine's Day today since tomorrow is Sunday. Well, that is why I thought we were doing it today. Then in a prayer over lunch, Jonathan gave thanks for this wonderful Valentine's Day. After the prayer, I asked if he knew that tomorrow was actually Valentine's Day. He laughed and said he thought it was today. We had a good laugh! Today or tomorrow, he planned an awesome day for me. He got a babysitter for our boys and set up a horseback riding trip. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for the awesome Valentine's Day gift.

Parker and Jordan received tatoo Valentines from our neighbors. As you can see, Jordan didn't like it very much. We didn't even attempt to put it on Parker. So I guess I get the other one. I won't post where I put it. Just kidding!!
I just had to post another adorable picture of our boys laying together.

Our lucky "Pair of Dice" turned two!!
Today we celebrate our babies second birthday. I keep breaking out in the Happy Birthday song. They just think I am crazy. The last two years have been filled with adventure, laughing, crying, and love. I thank Heavenly Father every night for entrusting these sweet boys to me.
My talented friend helped me with the cakes. They would not look like this if I had done them on my own. You will see in the pictures below that Parker and Jordan loved the cake. Parker is on the right and Jordan the left.

New Years in Idaho
We spent New Years with Jonathan's family in Idaho. The boys loved the snow. Why they don't like it in Utah, I don't know. Jordan would have nothing to do with sledding. He just stood in the exact same place for over an hour. We tried to put in him the sled but he would freak out. Parker, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed himself. Parker and Evalyn stayed in the sled like this for probably 20 minutes.

Yes, my husband still eats snow. He loves it. Our boys will be just like him.
This is Parker. Jordan wouldn't smile outside. He didn't seem to think sledding looked like fun.
Helping Papi shovel the walk way.

To be completely honest...I am not sure if the below picture is Parker or Jordan. I have two other pictures taken at the same time and I can tell who is who in those but this one I am not sure. I am thinking it is Parker but then I can't be 100% sure. This doesn't happen too often. I love having twins. How did I get so blessed. Life is good!!

Great Christmas Present
Lisa always needs to one-up me when it comes to gift giving. This year she purchased tickets for a friend (Jeff Rowley) and I to travel to Las Vegas and attend the BYU vs Oregon State Bowl game. Then, she set things up so I could go on a mountain biking trip all day in St. George. It was awesome! My two day trip agenda consisted of the following:
Dec. 22nd
Here are a few pics and videos from the trip. ***Note*** The jumps we go over do not seem that big on video but in real life they were much bigger. I think Lisa is still laughing at how cool we thought we were.

Dec. 22nd
- Leave at 6am for Las Vegas
- Go to BYU basketball game at the Orleans Casino (BYU won 110 to 104)
- Grab an In N Out Burger with Fries
- Watch the BYU Bowl game (it was freezing but BYU killed Oregon State)
- Travel to St. George for the night
- Pick up our awesome Cannondale full suspension bikes
- Ride all day
- Pick up some Mongolian BBQ
- Head home to give my wife a big kiss

Christmas 2009
Merry Christmas! Jonathan, the boys, and I spent Christmas Eve with my family at my parent's home. Our neighbors who are here from India for about 3 years came as well. Because they don't celebrate Christmas, we were able to teach them a little bit about what we do as a family for Christmas. We even had a "White Elephant" gift exchange.

Parker is the one without pants.
We got the boys bikes. They love them. Jonathan wasn't too happy about setting them up late at night--but I think it paid off the next morning.
